MODEL LATIHAN DUMBBELL SIDE LUNGES DAN DUMBBELL WALKING SQUAT TERHADAP POWER TUNGKAI

Abstract

 

This study uses an experimental method with "two groups pre-test-post-test design". The population in this research is futsal extracurricular at SMA N 1 Ambarawa . Sampling in this study was conducted by purposive sampling, with the criteria (1) players who are still actively participating in extracurricular futsal training at SMA N 1 Ambarawa, (2) male, (3) attendance at the time of treatment is at least 100%, (4) able to follow the planned exercise program from start to finish, (5) not sick. The test instrument used was a standing board jump. The results of this study were to determine the significant effect of dumbbell side lunges exercise on the leg power of the male futsal players of SMA N 1 Ambarawa, and dumbbell walking squats on the leg power of the male futsal players of SMA N 1 Ambarawa.
