Audit Sistem Informasi JNE Miles Report Pada PT JNE Jakarta Barat Menggunakan Framework Cobit 5

Abstract


Information technology is an important basis for achieving success in a company or government agency. The information system is said to be good if it has been tested from all aspects. The JNE Miles Report system is used by PT JNE to facilitate the process of handling customer complaints or complaints. However, it still requires improvement to be more optimal. Information system audit has become the main key in ensuring the quality and reliability of a company's information system. The COBIT 5 framework is used in this study by prioritizing the use of monitoring and evaluation of work, namely the APO and DSS Domains with the sub domains APO01, APO05, APO08, APO09, DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, and DSS04. The maturity level obtained is 2.99 or 299% which has reached level 3 (Establised Process). It is said that the JNE Miles Report system service process at PT JNE has been implemented properly, even at the previous level it has been well regulated to achieve good results at the current level.
